Collectanea : notebooks, 1829-1830.

Historical, literary, mythological, and philosophical notes; some pencil drawings. Volume 1 contains handwritten excerpts and notes on Latin grammar, Greek and Roman classical literature, medieval and modern German poetry, numismatics, bibliographical lists, Latin proverbs, Latin-German and Hebrew vocabulary lists, with an incomplete index, 13 Oct. 1829-19 Sept. 1830. Volume 2 contains a piece from 1523 about Martin Luther, various pieces of poetry, collections of drinking songs and German folk songs, the last comprising about 2/3 of the volume.
